I actually got locked out of my Bladeforums account for a little while

I remember something like that happened to Andy Roy and he was locked out for years?

That would have been funny. Could you imagine if I was locked out of the CPK forum?

I would finally get around to painting the basement and sharpening the lawn mower blades

If you are looking for a sheath that fits perfectly at one moment, and is loose and rattling in the next moment, except you can't actually get the knife out in that moment because it's too tight, and then it just randomly falls out in the next moment, you are looking for a taco sheath. But I don't like those.

And with minimal mounting and lashing options resulting in awkward carrying solutions, only positive is when tossing it in your pocket for saving 1/5" to 1/4" max from the thumb ramp.
 
Thanks for taking the time to respond. You no doubt have been hands on with more knife/sheath combos than I ever will, so I believe you. Your passion for nothing short of excellence is why we are all here. Luckily, for me, there are plenty of reputable sheath makers to make me a taco sheath lol.

Perhaps I'm in the minority, but I prefer Taco sheaths and chose such on your EDC offering. Jo seemed more sympathetic towards my view and enthusiastically offered it. It would be cool if the dual option was offered on the Skinner.

While i agree, and would choose taco as an option on any blade under 5 inches 100% of the time. I certainly understand keeping it "simple". (also didnt realize it was an option for the edc, totally would have chosen it. lol)
