The Beer Scout Knife

Oooooh, that saw cut bone looks nice...........and of course that is about the only one I didn't do an early reserve on.........

And of course, even though I know I shouldn't...I do.

Don't we all go through this?!?!:grumpy:;)

I keep telling myself, "I don't need anymore knives...I'm done buying knives...Oh there's a new _______ being produced by GEC." All I can do is shake my head at myself.

I only did an early reserve on the Micarta Soda Scout, but that Sunbrite is just too cool so it's on order now.

Those Chestnuts look pretty dark...perfect for opening up some stouts!!!

Well per usps tracking my BS went to freakn Tucson on the way to Ar. from WV. .....and I'm headed south to God's country tomorrow. Hope my "neighbors" don't watch my mail!

I know that my generation that grew up with glow-in-the-dark toys in the '60s is the marketing target for the Sunbrite.
If GEC is having a little fun at my expense (literally and figuratively), then I'm happy to play along. Sometimes I want a more conservative traditional pocket knife, like my grandfather carried to church on Sundays. But sometimes I want a little bit of fun in my pocket. That's what I think GEC and our dealer-enthusiasts were going for... A little fun.

The pictures are enablers. And yup, this should be a fun pocket knife. I broke down and ordered one.

Just got my Sunbrite BS today. :D Very happy with it. Very Happy!
