I agree, this year seems to be flowing well.

I am hopeful that one day we are able to find a way to get back to a way of building a knife as a collective.

It was IMHO the best part.

Some possible suspects:

You accidentally closed it
Browser weirdness, switch browsers
Log out and log back in
Trying viewing it when logged out
Some browser plugin you have hates "ad-like" elements

I would like to point out that the BF knives are all going to be serial numbered!! 1 to 500!!
And we are keeping a spread sheet for all!! If they get flipped for excessive profits, they can be tracked!!
So you can buy without worry, and pass them along if you wish, at a reasonable rate!!

It's a good idea in theory, but what's to stop a crafty and dastardly flipper from photoshopping out the serial number when selling?
 
It's likely the pop-up was closed. I closed mine and now I don't see it either.

Not sure how to have the announcement be returned....

Glad you found it.

After I closed out the pop-up I don't see it anymore either.

Now my curiosity is piqued and I am trying to figure out how to have the announcement restored.
