  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

The coin thread--post pictures of your traditional knives with a coin

My grandpa's old Schrade yellow handle stockman, and a silver quarter. Looks like they've both seen quite a bit of pocket time. And the cigar is only fitting since my pap is the one who got me into cigars in the first place.

Recently got this Winchester Black Box, Coffin Jack from the Exchange. They had nice bone to put on this range of knives, here with Victorian Farthing (quarter of a penny!)

I love this thread! Today's mail brought a coin I thought would fit in well here, a 1775 British half-penny.

 Souvenirs, souvenirs! :D

The cards are an old Dutch pre-ww2 deck with the aces showing sites from Dutch cities, of which some don't exist anymore as they were destroyed in the war.
The silver coin is a Yugoslav one for 200 dinars, commemorating the 8th Mediterranean Games in 1979, although the coin was minted in 1978.
And the knife is a solid #73 jack. :)

Found this Camillus made soda-scout locally a few weeks ago. A little elbow grease and it shined up like a new dime.

Bunch of war nickles added to the collection, a couple barber dimes and some large One Cent pieces.
