The Cold Steel AD10 is the best knife money can buy.

I have many knives including Spyderco Paramilitary 2, and I'm telling you that the Cold Steel AD10 is the best of them ALL!!!
:)Maybe a tad of hyperbole here , much as I love my AD-10 .;)

I paid $105 for LNIB for mine and it was flawless right out of the box . Hard to beat the quality and performance at even twice what I paid , IMO .

The Tri-ad lock was so drop shut smooth that I thought something was broken , at first .

Never had a Tri-ad lock nearly so slick , and I've got most of them .

But this kind of large , heavy , hard use folder is not everyone's favorite type of carry ...so NOT the "best" for them .

Not everyone even can tolerate the Tri-ad lock or Cold Steel in general .

I don't believe there is any such a thing as "best" , even just for me alone . I like variety .:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Fair enough. Tell me your top 5 folding knives...

The Voyager is the best knife for 50 bucks, but if money is not an object, then the AD10 is the best. Just my opinion, but it's a knife forum...

Maybe
but completely different Voyager is The Best :^)))))
not that one for $50

Please search my old threads , you'll get the idea of what I like pretty easy .

I could list 50 , easier than 5 ...and 500 easier than 50 . :p

But in no particular order . My brain doesn't work that way .

"Best or top or favorite" for what purpose , day , mood , price etc ?

If money’s no object … Cold Steel?! 😴
That was my thought. Haha. If money is no object then I could go to any custom maker out there and have them craft me a blade from the ground up using every detail I list, including handle material and blade steel. No way a Taiwan produced Cold Steel is the best knife hands down, cost aside.

Yeah, the Cold Steel 4 Max is a real el cheapo. 🤣

What do you like that you think is better than the Cold Steel AD10? I mean, I understand people that don't want to edc the knife. I totally get that, but aside from that, the knife is fantastic in every single way. If I'm EDCing a knife, it's probably not the AD10. I've got a very nice Para 3, Benchmade Bugout, Spyderco Sage lightweight, etc. But, the AD10 is my go to knife for the outdoors.

Spartan Harsey Folder.

Speaking of this one, is it just me? or does the Spartan Harsey bear a striking resemblance to the AD-10? (NOT!) Seriously, though, what about the Olamic Wayfarer 247? It seems the 247 and the Harsey have much in common...?
