It's will not be my only one. I believe this will make my 4th large 21 with Bocote. 2 are plain, 2 Damascus. They are all vastly different. I will post pics when I get the 4 together. Bocote is my favorite CRK wood. I have sold a couple Bocote over the years to fund other CRK, but I believe these 4 will be keepers. This one is plainer than the others but that grain just spoke to me.... Lol. Something about it that drew me in.
I would love to see all 4 Nyfe. I understand completely. I'm on a mission to get one back I let go for a greater good. It's not special from a collective perspective, but it's very special to me.
Thank you so much for helping to make it happen. I would say you can have it back some day, but I realllly doubt it. Not even for that ROF![]()
I tried, I really tried. I messed up and looked in the Exchange again, and lost my willpower. The stretched pattern of the Raindrop did me in, I just love that variation...

This is kind of funny. I've just bought a large Classic which was modified. Originally it had blue calfskin inlays. Somebody (not the seller) replaced them by stag inlays and did a pretty good job, I think.
From the seller pics it looks like that the guy who did the replacement also put some satin finish on the slabs, because I believe originally the classic slabs are blasted and do not have satin finish. The blade has this little spot next to the thumbstud. Not sure where this comes from. A few minor scratches are visible at the blade, the lockbar and the slabs.
Once I have it here I will decide whether I will take it as a user or whether I put it at my CRK display. Not sure yet, as the condition is not mint, but also not really bad. Need to take off the remaining blue color from the thumbstud and probably attaching a new lanyard. Although leather is a good choice to go with the stag inlays.
I know that "pimped" knives are not really keeping their value. But I like the stag inlays a lot, as this is really special. Let me know what you think.

Beautiful knife LW! As you well know I am partial to mammoth! And you beat me to the punch!
Is it me or is some of the nicest Unique Graphic designs on small sebenzas...??? My take is either the larges are all bought up or the smalls are more popular.....!!!
Thoughts.......???
This is a really nice pattern...what color are those dots? They look black...wondering how this one was done.
