Me too, that is a sweet looking blade.
Swedge looks a bit chunky/granular along the edge in that first pic.

Is the plunge into the swedge a different depth in that area? -- like the endmill wasn't at the correct depth for that section?

They should have done a straight v shaped swedge not the concave type like the Hellrazor 2, It ruins the look. (In my opinion)
Also the fuller looks better in the drawing :-(
I’ll be sharpening the swedge the first week, so should be fine for that..Definitely not designed for back cuts like the original design image was.
Yeah somebody made a .3 offset instead of a .03 offset on that , it happens.. my work lost 130 grand on some parts they ran for a week .
