The Funnel. The Inside scoop on whatever it is we're doing in here.

Are ya like me? Just keep checking this forum, waiting on Todd and Murph to post a Gathering pic thread?

Here's what's blowing my mind;
TmHunt knives has a FaceBook page, which I sort of run, and I have a little business with a FaceBook page as well, which I run. And I'm trying to get the two pages to "like" each other, for whatever good that does, but I can't act as one entity and like the other. I'm pretty sure my Dad didn't have problems like this when he was growing up. I wish I had the computer savvy of Todd Hunt and the natural charm of Murph..
Also, I'm on about my 3rd Beam and Coke. Perhaps therein lies the trouble?
You've also made it to Pinterest, Todd. Congratulations, I guess. :D

Meanwhile......

Once again, all the emails have been answered. The site has gotten a lot more visits in the past 24 hours. Wonder why? :D

I've been working on TMHunt emails for the past 3 hours, talking 18's and clearing out what we brought back from Blade. I don't know why or how we had inventory left after Blade, but that issue has been resolved. The business is flying today, friends. Mr. Hunt is no longer a secret. When Todd first told Murph and I that we were going to stop taking orders so he could build inventory for Blade, I was a little disheartened because I was getting pretty good at turning an interested person into a sale. Now that people are aware of the quality of Tim's work, I have the easiest job in the world. And I'd just like to point out again, as I write this, Todd is at work at his full time factory job! How much longer do you think that'll last? :D

I didn't really think I needed to start a new thread over this, but since the fella said he'd gladly provide a testimonial, I just thought I'd post this in it's entirety to show you what a brand-new customer thinks of Mr. TM Hunt. As I recall, it was his sons 14th birthday;

Todd,

I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for your hospitality at the Blade Show. My son Joshua purchase a knife from you after you reduced the price for him.(to the one I had set). As this was an early birthday present for him this was huge. It is nice to know that people can recognize when a father is trying to demonstrate principles to his son. You made us both feel like friends more than customers. Joshua told me on the way home " it was the best day of his life". While he was holding his new TM Hunt knife.(now his favorite).

If you ever need a testimonial, please do not hesitate to ask.

Once again, my heartfelt Thanks !

best regards,

Scott

So, what else is going on in TM Hunt land?
