Thanks for the info-that necker is a perfect design IMO. The 10 looks great as well, but I have a custom 10 incher getting filled this week and it will probably satiate my mondoblade lust for a while... Looking forward to seeing how your S3V performs.

EDIT: Kiah has resurfaced and is back in action. Glad to have you back, Kiah! Things should be back on track shortly.

Ok, all of the GSO-4's are finished up. I would be shipping them out today to have sheaths made but I can't reach Kiah at kiahdex.com If anyone knows, please tell me where Kiah has disappeared to? If you ordered a GSO-4 and would just like me to ship you your knife awhile, drop me an email and let me know. guy@survive-gear.com

Great to see ya put turn those concept drawings from a while back into reality. Coincidentally, just the other day I was thinking about these knives and what ever became of them. Those are some very competitive prices as well.

Agreed its nice to see things go from the drawing board to even better than concept....kinda like 2013 ford fusion...impressive knives and cars...Detroit is coming back strong and so is the k I've game...can't wait to see Wat the post production quality looks like.

Just a quick update to anyone reading this thread. The last of the prototype knives have made their way to Kiah for sheaths. They should be finished up and shipping back to me this coming Monday. Anyone who preordered a knife, who got a confirmation that their knife was available, will be getting their knife shipped out mid or late next week. Productions knives are now moving. All production knives will feature bolted handles, so they can be removed for inspection and maintenance. This hardware will be an off the shelf variety so they can be replaced easily by the user.

Outside of a few stragglers, the prototype run is completely finished. I'm going to go ahead and shut this thread down. Thanks for stopping by and please visit www.survive-gear.com over the next few weeks to see the up coming GSO-10 and EDC-4, the first two SURVIVE! production models.
