It actually is a great size, if it were any bigger it wouldn't be convenient for EDC. I think one of the purposes of the H.E.S.T. is that you never know what will happen to you or what your day will bring...if you have your H.E.S.T. you'll be prepared.

drilled the shape in the scales and filled it with resin composite.
