The Hinderer bug

My Hinderer bug has continually come and gone over the last few years. This was a particularly good period, about a year back, before the triway pivot came out. I gotta say, I really miss that purple Half Track. And like, all the others. Well, except the Jurassic, if I'm being honest. :D

Just got my XM3.5 .. initially I thot I ordered the Tri-Way version, but apparently I messed up and got the regular Gen6.
But damn! It’s just as smooth as my triway HalfTrack! Very very smooth, fires like a rocket, no need to preload and take a deep breath pray for the best shit like my older Gen3/4... it just flips!
The current gen XMs are IMO probably the best yet! Worthy of the Hinderer badge ;)
 
I thought the Gen6 WAS the tri-way...
Er, I thought all Gen6s were tri-ways...

All this Hinderer talk lately has pushed me over the edge. I ordered a wharncliffe fatty 3.5 from DLT today. I'll throw a few pics up when I get it. :D
 
I have my XM but still have an itch. I need a Pond scum scale yesterday for my XM 3.5! Can somebody point me in the right direction? It's impossible to find.

I hear you. I have patience everywhere in my life. From the job to home. But when it comes to my one and only EDC. There is a line in the sand.
 
I've got to resist the temptation. If I buy another knife this expensive within a week of the first one it's hard to tell what I'll have to get my wife to keep her from making me sleep in the barn. :p:D
