No more fun- or is now it begins???

NOW begins our mandatory two week period (biblically speaking) of vigilance, after which the Basic 8 and INFI of every desirable configuration shall flow to the scabbards, sheaths and coffers of all true believers.

...as for the fun, does it ever really stop here on Planet Busse? :D

Should be posted on the website in about "2 weeks". Might be one of those free T-shirt with the purchase of ten knives kind of deals.

"I waited for the Basic 8 for 2 weeks and all I got was this stupid t-shirt."

...two weeks?- Right:thumbup:

For some of the newer folks here, "2 weeks" is a standing joke in the Busse forum - it can mean anything from 2 weeks to infinity (or more appropriately, INFInity). :D

I checked Everyday , also the others peoples. This Anorexic B8 (0.155 -0.190 Inches) will be the hit 2014.
count me in . Just SAYING. please, BRING IT.

So, for those who have (have had) the Basic 10, what is your experience
with this? ---> I've heard that the choil version was uncomfortable because the talon hole
pushes it awkwardly away from the grip. Is this true or is it as comfortable as the Camp Tramp?

Trying to decide if I should set my sights firmly on the choiled version or go sans choil.

I have both the choiled and choiless B10LE models and I also have a couple Battle Rats and Camp Tramp. Although the choils are about the same distance away, the choil on the B10LE does feel funky compared to the BRs and Tramps because it's not as perfectly round as the BR/CT choil, but it's not terrible. Both are better than Scrapyard's flat choil comfort wise. I do think the Yard's choil just looks plain mean though and gives their knives a nice aggressive look.

I think the B10LE is the best Busse-kin knife I've ever handled (I'm still hoping a choiless HOG B8LE will be everything I dream it will be) and if I were forced to pick one of my B10's... I'd probably go choiless for the best outdoor user. The area under the talon hole and under the front guard of the Res-C handle is just long enough to place your index finger if you need to choke up for fine work.

Hope this helps,
