Oh that’s cool—glad to know. I’ve had ceviche in Mexico—delicious!

Thanks for furthering my education—knew they ate Wahoo but didn’t realize it was such a culinary prize. Love fresh-caught dorado (mahi mahi)—if it’s better than that, I’ve been missing out!

Oh, man—that photo/recipe has my mouth watering! Fresh conch is good that way, squeeze a little lime juice over it.

BTW, what port/island do you fish out of? Day fishing, or do you sleep on the boat?
Out of Oahu...Like to do 3 day trips, but many people are into single day on the water it's about the price of course...We have a 2010 53' Hatteras Convertible rigged for fishing of course. We like to get out on 100 fathom buoy where the big fish feed and like to hit some tournaments for Pelagic/Bill Fish...:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Really feel sorry for you. :D

What a sweet deal.
I know it sux, but someone has to man up and do it....my little brother got me into this mess and he lives there in Hawaii Kai has a house in the marina so boat is docked at his back Lanai...SUX!!!!!

Yeah he definitely has me beat financially...he owns phone companies so calls going in and out put money in his pocket. I actually can't ship him nuts in the shell you're right Leonardo...So he has to pay an up charge for Shelled Pecans...Baaawwwhahahahahaha!!!!
The worst part is all his friends have Normal jobs and working hours so he cries about not having anyone to play and fish with...So since we have a professional skipper most times running charters he has to actually pick up the deck hand chores...Baaawwhahahaha!!!

Kinda wondering if finishing these out may be giving the shop fits. Always a possibility with “experimental” mfg techniques like milling down tangs to fit the Res-C slots.
