THE Hollow Handle Knife Thread

well there is one guy in the UK who is notorious for that kind of thing, can't think of his name, and of course the wildly despised Black Star guy who's just a thief.
 
Amazingly it's not black star. And it's a us maker. I have to be so careful as I want my knives or money!! And naming and shaming here is not appropriate. But of anyone can pm me I will share and they can share with everyone else. I am seriously annoyed
 
It might look good with no sawteeh...interesting. That SURV9 is one of my next wants. As well as one from Mr wall
 
I really like both the martins I have, and I like the Boker version, just wish it was something other than 440c, I'm just not a fan of it. But it does just fine as my truck emergency knife. For what its worth the teeth on the Apparo are pretty unobtrusive and really are more like a file than a saw.

I seriously doubt it but I'm certainly no authority on their future plans. Like I said earlier, I really like the two of them I have. If I didn't already know the price of them and someone handed me one and asked what I thought they'd sell for I'd prolly have said $250+. They're pretty solid.

The prices of knives as some of you may know are ridiculous in the uk. However the boker is a great knife and a great price.

Got it, and I thought I had seen he was having problems. I hope it works out and you get your knife. That just sucks. Nobody can just piss away 500 bucks and laugh it off.
 
Cheers mate that's appreciated. Could you fill me in on any problems you know of? Here's the thing. Don't take on work if yo can't deliver. Don't string people along. Don't lie about delivery dates. Don't come up with ridiculous schoolboy excuses. If you are late offer a refund. Give realistic delivery dates. When they pass then you contact buyer don't let them
Contact you. Just a few ideas that seem to make sense in my world...
 
They make sense in everybody's world, I haven't heard anything specific. Just long wait times on delivery. Seems like once someone gets in a magazine and they start getting orders like crazy they over promise and under deliver. You might try contacting him on his Facebook page and asking either for the knife or a refund. Whichever would be more appealing at this point. For me Id just want my money back the knife would leave a bad taste after having so much trouble getting it.
