How come no one ever thought to make a knife with 60% less surface area before and never needs sharpening? That's a billion dollar idea if I ever heard of one.

I’ve got a cheese knife that has 99% less surface area and it’s impossible to sharpen.

The blade looks just like piano wire.

Lost power on Wednesday due to the foot of very very very heavy wet nasty snow. lost some shrubbery and some branches from nice things. all my reeds are down.

House is warm, wood stove rocks, syncing a new tablet now in a warm cafe with a monte cristo sammich and tater tots in my belly, and some pie to take home.

I'll get some reading done tonite, for sure

My old old old generator leaks gas - i've never used it, and was ironically looking it over last week. could be fixable. might not be. dunno. pondering a new one, esp considering that power might not be restored until Monday. good times, eh?

stove is GREAT. love it.

might want a pellet stove at the other end of the place for flow, and/or a fan, or something. have a space heater for the tv room, which is useless right now.

definitely pondering a generator, if for nothing else, water and lights if not heat we'll see.

probably won't lose much if anything in the fridge as i loaded it with snow, should do that again before bed.

I got my brother in law this fan that sits on his wood stove. It converts the heat into energy to run the fan and heats a room nicely. Check em out, the google wood stove fans

I knew he had it, but I wasn't sure if his deal had ended or not, or if he had sold out them so I thought I'd post this as well, that way if dex didn't have any some one could still get a good deal.

But yes I'd rather by from dex any day, whether it's cheaper or not

Sorry, that was the first thing that came to mind when I read your post. Nice photos...very lovely snow...if you don't have to drive in it and it doesn't knock the power lines down. Hopefully to power company will get it fixed quickly.

Its no double saber that's for sure. I don't get the whole tiny guard thing. Any smart Jedi would run their light saber up one of the mini guards and cut off his main blade I'm not impressed.
