Hmmmm. I can't find anything more sus than the usual suspect Chinese fakes. Is it listed as a 31 in the title?
Funny how ebay doesn't seem to care at all about all the counterfeit merchandise listed on their site.I’m going to pull it before it causes problems. Hope you saved it!
Yes, these are two heavily trafficked authorized dealers. The sebenza has a single lug. To my knowledge, all inkosis are double. Since they both have micarta, I don't understand the $100 price difference. Just saying it looks odd.Are you looking at crk authorized dealers? CRK maintains strict pricing control among their distributors. Certain upgrades like polished blades, double lugs, etc could account for differences.

Good to know, I've got way more 21's than 31's. I really don't have a preference on either one.So it looks like the option of hasn’t changed in regards to 31v 21 as time has passed I prefer my 31 over my 21
I'd imagine it would be better than a thumb stud but probably a little more susceptible than the scale side of a lanyard pin depending on the size and depth of the graphic and how hard it was handled during use. Most UG users probably carry them in the slip so at least pocket wear wouldn't be an additional factor.I just saw that a dealer got some unique graphics for sale which made wonder how well does the colors hold up if one were to use one of those knife ?
Not a CRK but this thread has some photos of how another knife with designs on titanium scales held up after a year of use:I just saw that a dealer got some unique graphics for sale which made wonder how well does the colors hold up if one were to use one of those knife ?
21s are still easily available in almost any configuration you want…they may be pricier but since I’ve shifted my focus to 21s I’ve found a whole slew of knives with discontinued inlays, Devon Thomas Damascus , spectacular CGGs as well as pj in both large and small. As used knives, they’re often in very good to excellent condition with highly desired inlays such as spalted beech, Bocote, coco bolo, snake wood, etc. They’re far from extinct, and are much more attractive than the current boring selection of bog oak, box elder, magassar ebony and whatever that synthetic Elforyn is. Since DT retired, I’m concerned that all we’ll have left is Chad Nichols’ damascus - which is fine, but a much less distinct pattern than DTs. Given what CRK is producing now, the future looks uninspiring unless they find new inlay material or start offering Damascus by other makers in different blade shapes - eg damascus insingo or tanto blades.im a little past-off they got rid of the Sebenza 21's, the Inkosi is okay! but lets face facts hear its not a 21, I wish they would bring back the 21's as it was a grate knife in its self.
Hey, maybe that’s what the cream’s for! Carbon fiber psoriasis! Good catch. I’m shocked it’s still for sale…Holy carbon fiber flakes!

I think that's the adhesive for those high end, custom engineered inlays.Holy carbon fiber flakes!
