On one of the larger sites a large 31 in ladder damascus is 680 USD whereas a small in raindrop damascus is 675 USD.
On the same site, a large PJ 31 is 500 USD whereas a small PJ 425 USD.
Anyone knows the reason for this? It seems very odd.
Exactly. Going by the pictures the large damascus even has double thumb studs whereas the smaller just have one. It's quite odd. Perhaps some IT-guy in their headquarter made a mistake?

They did the same thing with the large CF inkosi when it was restocked but it was quickly updated. This one seems to be hanging in there at this price.

A price that wasn't updated yet crossed my mind but with the odd price that wasn't in a $25 fraction I ruled that out. I didn't notice the the double lug though ($30 premium) but seeing it now I think that puts this Scooby-Doo mystery to rest. I bet the double lug configuration is how they missed it when updating the prices.
I doubt it. I’m sure they’re sitting on a pretty good amount of 21 blades. They even had some regular blades for a member who’s broke. It doesn’t make sense to keep a stock pile of those blades, at least right now.

I like the patina a pj sand blasted handle gets over time. I do not care for the look of the glass blasted handle.
I wanted a small insingo and I picked up a glass blasted 21 micarta. I actually really like the glass blast on an inlaid knife. With the micarta it doesn’t negatively impact the feel of the handle and I like the look. This particular small 21 is a perfect specimen (for me) that I imagine I won’t ever part with.
I don’t think I’ll ever want a glass blasted PJ but would recommend it on an inlaid model.
im a little past-off they got rid of the Sebenza 21's, the Inkosi is okay! but lets face facts hear its not a 21, I wish they would bring back the 21's as it was a grate knife in its self.
