Last pic he took before shipping it out today. Gave me the tracking number and said it would probably be about ten days till the knife got stateside.

Well, 2 things... When did you post it? (Maybe it hasn't been long enough) And, maybe the guy is unknown to them. In that case, they tend to hold off until one guy posts, then the floodgates open. Plus, sometimes... Well hell, send me an email. I'm not airing this on a thread.

I posted it only a couple days ago, so that's probably it. I get the feeling that those dudes are pretty slow, and not to mention a little.....ehhh....... "set in their ways"

Dario doesn't seem to have a huge presence around here, so I can see why they might not know him that well.

But I can't help being a little paranoid that it's because they either don't like the knife, they don't like ME, or they don't like HIM.

I'm sure that's not the case, but still. That place is pretty alien to a young general dweller like me:D

Welp, just bought a 0450. Finally found them in stock somewhere.

I know I'll love it, but I figure even if I dont, itll sell in under 4 seconds on the exchange.


In other news, the custom is on US soil now, so I'm probably only looking at 3 more days until I get it:thumbup:

I plan on driving up to the store where you ordered your 0450 tomorrow(I caught a glimpse of that thread before it was shut down). It's only an hour away. I came across them while I was looking at the zt dealers in my area, and they just so happen to have 2 more 0452s. They also have a few Xm-3s in stock. I'm not really interested in Hinderers, but I sure would like to handle one to see what the fuss is about.

It's great to hear you're going to be visiting a physical shop and getting your hands on the knives. The hinderer I handled at Recon 1 was pretty cool, but nothing to write home about. Flipped like crap, just like they all said it would. Damn solid though. It felt like a tank and made my earlier ZTs feel like toys in comparison. The truth is they really aren't great substitutes for the real deal. If you want a hinderer, buy a hinderer.

Anyway, I can't wait till my 0450 shows up. Should be SAWEEEET:thumbup:
 
Well son of a gun! Looks like I should have went up there yesterday. They had 2 in stock, but it looks like they sold them both since then.
 
Hey if you're there Harris, I've got a quick question for ya.

Does the 21 have a ceramic ball detent? Or is that just the 25?
