I honestly would be pretty pissed if I sent a knife somewhere to have it sharpened and it came back with two engravings on it. That’s really not too cool of a thing to do. It’s a different story if they had permission naturally. It was disclosed during a sale at one point, if this is your knife. I doubt there’s another one out there!
Just so you don’t have to take my word for it:

Happy Fixed Blade Friday!
I thought I’d follow up yesterday’s morph-milled zirconium post with another, this time in the form of a custom V-14 from 2020. The pattern and grind on this one are absolutely stunning, and the mirror-polished zirconium adds a beautiful finishing touch.
While the VECP remains Les’s most popular model, those familiar with his personal collection know he’s a dagger junkie. Honestly, if the market allowed it, I think he’d make almost nothing but.

That’s a fine collection in a few months time very well done!I started collecting Les George knives in June. Here’s my Les George family, now with the newest addition — the MK3 folder.View attachment 2996197
I am assuming the Les folders that I have seen in your collection, most of them you bought at Knife shows?
Nice knives...all of them.
The thing that holds me back, in large part, is that too many of the knives display the same blade pattern...and my goal wouldn't be to collect different handle designs...though I like the different looks...some of them quite a bit.
Happy Friday to everyone! I have a question to my Les brothers ! I understand that some of you would say how can you get rid of one child that u love and favor other one! Here is the question, if you would only get to keep one Les George folder or it might be a fixed blade, which one would you keep and why? Thank you for all your feed back !

I think the idea that his blades all share a similar shape mainly applies to his midtech folders, probably because he doesn’t produce all that many models. The VECP and Talos are his most popular, and both have Rockeye DNA. The MK3, Myna, and Eagle have different blade shapes, but they’re much less common.Nice knives...all of them.

If you’re looking for more variety in blade shapes, his customs offer plenty of options: the Valmara, Hydra, Harpy, FM-1, Rockeye, M3, and Sicario all feature distinct designs. By the time the month is over, I'll post one of each.
When it comes to utility, these would also be my mid-tech picks. If I were to go the custom route while keeping utility in mind, I’d probably choose an FM-1 for a folder and a Model 2 for a fixed blade.Based on versatility and general usefulness:
Folder: VECP
Fixed Blade: Magnate
I left that one out since Ryan Johnson designed it as part of their D7 collab series. They have some bangers coming up from Tom Krein and Matt Martin. I'm excited to see how those turn out.And I'd add the Seax to the "unique blade shape" list as well.
