The Les George Knives Thread

Happy Friday to everyone! I have a question to my Les brothers ! I understand that some of you would say how can you get rid of one child that u love and favor other one! Here is the question, if you would only get to keep one Les George folder or it might be a fixed blade, which one would you keep and why? Thank you for all your feed back !
I’ve owned quite a few over the years and actually have sold them all except for my tanto VECP. I can’t ever see parting with that one, and the ones I’m interested in adding would be one of the hand ground special releases or a full custom like the ones at Atlanta this year.

Happy Fixed Blade Friday!

I thought I’d follow up yesterday’s morph-milled zirconium post with another, this time in the form of a custom V-14 from 2020. The pattern and grind on this one are absolutely stunning, and the mirror-polished zirconium adds a beautiful finishing touch.

While the VECP remains Les’s most popular model, those familiar with his personal collection know he’s a dagger junkie. Honestly, if the market allowed it, I think he’d make almost nothing but 🗡️.

No F….. way , you got to be kidding me. Very Impressive, 🤔💰

2009 Hydra with a G10 show-side scale. This one comes from the Halcyon days when you could order customs directly from Les’s site and even choose details like the bolster and scale materials. While it’s one of my more “basic” customs, I love its hand-rubbed blade and flowing curvature. As much as I admire the more elaborate pieces, I'll always have appreciation for these old school builds.

Beautifully stonewashed contoured Ti scales, polished Zirc backspacer, wicked milled MokuTi clip, and some seriously awesome Nichols damascus on this one. Not sure what Chad calls this pattern, but I do know I’d love to see some more of it!
