The Les George Knives Thread

After a quick detour to Mississippi for a tune up, I finally have this one in hand!

Not only are Les’ knives incredible but he could not be a nicer or more responsive dude. Really values his customers and stands behind his products 1000%.

I could not be more stoked 🤘

Formula Cura 4 brake upgrade for my hardtail or a Talos….

I always went back and forth on the Talos when they were at monkey edge years back. When i finally decided to get one, they were gone. I may need to bite the bullet and buy one.

So many hobbies and not enough money…

Kicking off day six with another Defiant 7 folder, the criminally underrated Kumu. This is the only LG knife that's narrow enough to fit in my wallet pouch so it gets carried quite a bit. I also picked up a new radial milled Cerberus Atlas pry bar in 3V that I've been really impressed with.

LG is not a hobby, it is a calling!

I too am trying to stay strong on the 'bay Talos. Morph is my focus as well. HOPING that a production run maintains the clean show-side (sorry Lefties) without lanyard and clip reversal holes. Admittedly WISHING for a button lock as well.

Those Talos are absolutely stunning. Not that it affects whether I will (try to) acquire one, but has Les clued us in on blade steel choice? I figured with the success of the MK3, these would be Magnacut. Maybe he’s just going XHP for the prototypes. I’m in regardless and love the XHP on my VECP.
Honestly xhp is one of my favorite steels anyway

What's the story with this little guy? I don't believe I've ever seen one before. Did it ever have scales? It's really neat.
Good question and I don’t have much info. It came to me as a custom neck knife and has a matching kydex sheath. Not sure on the scales part. I suspect it was part of or similar to the batch of small knives that Les has previously listed (https://georgeknives.bigcartel.com/product/little-knives) where he was experimenting and getting use to some new equipment. I’m just speculating though. The XHP comments and discussion made me remember the stamping on this one.
