I used my 15 to baton through some 4-5 inch oak and then used it to cook and eat fajitas, it is still sharp as a razor... I am sure the 5 can take as much a beating as a 9 could. Go for the stripping and the micarta, and some liners too!

I have very very few memories of my mother, But one of the things I remember was she had a wall full of cases of Pepsi, from floor up to the roof, I remember boxes of Pepsi... I was only 4 years old or so, so my memory might be exaggerated.... but It is in my genetics I think. I drink more pepsi than anyone i ever met. I make deals with stores to get them in bulk and at a discount. I go through at least 1 2-liter a day but most the time i polish off 2 a day. If im drinking cans a 12 pack is gone by supper. And another 12 pack is gone by the time the wife gets up for work.


I got a thank you card from Pepsi in the mail today, along with that shirt and the bag in that picture. Im going to send them that picture back.
 
The micarta and liners made it into THE knife for me.. the handle could be 3/4 of an inch longer, but that would just be whipped cream on the icing.
 
After owning Becker knives for almost 2.5 years, I finally bit the bullet on some micarta scales. I got them for my BK-16, my all-time favorite bushcrafter. Taking it for a spin this weekend, finally getting an overnighter done :D
 
I'll get one eventually I am sure, the blade shape is funny for me.. one time I see it and I don't like it, next time I love it.. funny how that is, one day I looked at a 15 and was like "that is the most perfect knife ever" and so far the honeymoon continues. Next thing i want is a new sheath for the 15, not that the stock sheath is bad, it is great.. I think I just want to try a leather/ kydex combo sheath or something to attach my volta pouch to..
 
Anybody know of a good sling shot for about 20.00 bucks.. I found a couple on fleabay but I don't buy from honk Kong...
 
I have an excellent sling shot..... But it cost 40 bucks plus shipping.... Im open to trade for a BK17 sheath, beckerhead shirt and sticker lmao :)

Oh it would come with some extra-powerful hunting bands that i bought for extra, plus the bands that come with ii pictured above. I think i have 3 or 4 sets of bands for it.

A huge wonder lmao... But that theory has already been tested. I went weeks without caffeine and reduced sugar to see if that was the cause of me not sleeping.... But its on more of a neurological level..... Im no doctor, and i cant remember the exact terms they used... but the electricity in my head is more than normal... It also made me prone to seizures after my injury overseas...
