Thanks guys, it is small consolation but it's also true she at least isn't in distress anymore. She wasn't in pain either which is good. My sister was sitting there when it happened and looked at me a little bit upset, and said "That, was so anti-climatic" which it really was.

Nearly four years ago, my great-grandfather passed away. He was under hospice care for a few days, with at least half a dozen family members by his side at any time. We watched him take his last breaths, and it truly is anti-climatic.

However, it is a little comforting to be there when it happens. Gives some closure to the situation.

My sincere condolences on your loss.
