I'm pretty sure it was because I've had the moonshine on the hill that I know how to handle my liquor like that. I mixed it all up in an oberweis bottle and was just drinking from that.

My buddy who isn't a hardcore drinker had one whiff of it and proceeded to tell me his nose hairs were currently tingling. I'm gonna say that drink was a success!

yeah - by the time I stopped eating and put away the leftovers, I was too close to a meat-coma to shred the pork.
so now I have 10 or so pounds of pork butt in the fridge to either heat back up and shred or just slice up -- probably do some of both.
I also blanched, peeled, and crock potted a gallon or so of grape/roma tomatoes with garlic, onion, thyme, chives, and oregano from the garden. This morning that got crushed up and added a pound of "meat" (SWMBO is a vegetarian) so now I need to find jars to put the sauce in.


Cbear - I used to make "Romulan ale" 1 part each everclear, spiced rum, and blue curacao -- store in deep freeze. if the mix is right, it's pretty much flavorless until it hits bottom, then the explosion happens. (definitely sippin' booze)

hope all is having a good LD weekend....sux a little as kids were off Friday and we kinda had a 4 dayer scheduled that fell apart as I had to work half a day on Saturday, otherwise just chillen and enjoying the time off... Just buttoned up roof real quick as it looks like rain may present itself shortly..

I need to find a shufflepuck table. The only ones I'm finding (That I like) are 6,000+ dollars. That doesn't fit into my budget!

and I'd say 6k is beyond everyones budget for one...

yeah... Well it's actually beaded silicone but yeah it looks like sand. Some people call it shuffleboard cheese or sand or beads. It's to keep the pucks rolling sweetly.
