Thanks brudda. We went antiquing today. Was afraid it was going to wear me out doing all the walking. Didn't have any problems whatsoever. Even went up and down the stairs 4 times, for the hell of it. Wasn't winded at all.

Let's hope so, haha. Worst December ever. I was sick the whole month. The antibiotics seem to be clearing up my sinus infection. Still have a productive cough. They said it takes up to 6 months to completely heal of pneumonia.

I had it in college and yeah - I still had limited endurance for about 6 months - and was strongly susceptible to bronchitis for a few years after that.
I was happy yesterday at how well I have recovered from my run with the flu.
was at a stick fighting symposium and held my own with a bunch of guys 15-30 years younger than me.
today I am paying for it.

Folks from 5 or 6 different states got together to fight with different styles and trade info.
There were a couple short classes/demonstrations on advanced techniques like how to gauge your opponent, control a fight, and footwork.

Took my bicycle for a few mile ride today. Felt damn good, and I wasn't out of breath too bad. Took advantage of the 65° high today. Tomorrow's high is 37°.

The gatherings used to be lousy with random statements like that, from not just him but a goodly amount of the others as well. Ridiculous how many diverse backgrounds and experiences would show up and casually drop those sorts of comments. Hilarious too...
