Well alrighty! Kansas checks in, glad to see the package got there whole - sorry about pre-drinking the Heady ;). Might take another day or two for Jonny's to get all the way to the left coast...hopefully intact, as well. Vik, I'd love to know what you think of the Aerstone - I've had their Sea Cask, which is not peated, so...tasting notes, please.

Took a home covid test this morning, and it was negative. Had to take one, to see if I could see my doctor today or not. Went to the doctor's, and he listened to my lungs, and couldn't believe how clear they sounded. I feel pretty good except for a nasty sinus infection. He prescribed me some "aggressive" antibiotics, to clear it up. He said he wanted to take me off blood thinners after 3 months. He told me to get outside and walk, to get some strength back. A good day. I even lost 24 lbs. 287>263. Gonna try and lose 13 more, then after that, another 25. When I used to workout, 225 always seemed like a good weight for me.
 
Glad you are on the mend. Get a hold of some prebiotics the antibiotics will raise holy heck with your flora.

Focus on being healthy and building muscle ignore the scale.
 
Thanks man. Went out and worked in the yard a bit, mainly picking up fallen branches from the wind we've had lately. Got into the shed, and removed the batteries from our e-bikes, and brought them in. Freaking windy out here, but it's 63° out though. Was -9° a few days ago. Nice to go outside again.

Glad t o hear you're feeling better! And glad you're getting out and moving, I think that helps lift the spirits anytime.

seriously, though: happy to hear you gentlemen are feeling better. I mean, not EVERY post needs snark. Just, most of them. Glad to see Jonny photo'd the entire swag packet: a (mis)matched set of red and black Deadpool scales courtesy of the folks at Ka bar who (and I ain't complaining, here - actually was fun passing them on) donated a matched set of two, red, right hand scales. Now all I need to find is the bag that got two left hand scales, so I can make another two (mis)matched sets.
