Just got in my favourite bead, had a couple before, one left on a knife out west, the other is on my car's key chain so this time, I ordered 3 of them as it takes a long time to get them here, one for this folder and one for a new folder inbound and a spare...for now.

The paracord is 700 lb from werewolves it's called Bronze, basically a burgundy with black strands interwoven, very nice effect.

I ordered 3 beads to choose from for my new Quantum Ursus NL looking for something to complement both the rosewood inlays as well as the darkened, tumbled handle slabs. The first came in yesterday. The seller included a supposedly 2' length of cord that I could choose from a host of patterns and colors. I loved the bead straight away. The cord seemed a bit stiff--probably has a polyester jacket--though I liked the color. After tying it up without the knife during my jobsite lunch yesterday it seemed to slacken up some so I retied it on the knife here at home today and it seems to have relaxed even more from the additional handling.

The bead has a copper infused, clear fiberglass midsection with CF ends, the center portion looking remarkably similar to the knife's inlaid wood.

I also picked up a new bead for my Ursus. Just finished tying it now. Haven't even mounted it on the knife yet.
Will get it put on and grab a pic when I can. (got an order for more blue keyrings today also)
