The Official Lanyard Thread

I still haven't gotten around to tying up two more of the beads I got from sonofwilfred sonofwilfred that are earmarked for my Delica and Endura with their new Lynch clips. I'd already ordered and received MXG clips for my ZT0450 and 0452 pair along with beads from a maker I like over at the Artsy Craftsy site and tied those up a while ago. The Ti bead on the 52 is kinda big, but is a nice match with a couple diamonds on 550 Moonglow for a large knife...

...while the smaller bead looks nice on the 50 with a pair of Crown and Diamonds in 550 Vibrations.

This one's been here before, but I had a spare pic of it as today's Thirty-one Thursday carry, so I thought I'd post it again as it's a favorite knife with one of a number of Jekyll to Hyde backspacers I've installed on CRKs and I really like the simple matching bead and easy snake knot tie-up with this 550 Inspirations cord--all favorites. :D

Where does everyone get their beads from? I was watching videos on making lanyards yesterday and got the itch to start!

My iMamba finally came through last week after a 3 month wait. I got around to tying up a tail for it yesterday, though I took the leather lanyard off it almost immediately after I got it. Nothing fancy here, just one of my several blue glass beads that have been on and off quite a few of my knives over a number of years, tied up in between a pair of snake knot triplets in 550 King Tut.
