Here's my CRKT Fulcrum 2 that I customized with Sambar Stag Scales & G10 Liners... removed the original pocket clip, so made a brass piece with a lanyard hole.
My favorite "Fiddle Knife" !
Made a small lanyard with brass pieces, and o-rings to assist removing the knife from a leather belt sheath (added brass safety chain), or to clip a pocket suspension clip to.

what's that cord pattern called please and thanks?

It's called King Tut and is one of my favorite patterns. I favor all-Nylon cord--both inner strands and jacket--as it's more supple than polyester-jacketed, which makes tying easier, yields better looking knots, and lays/hangs better in use and pocket. Also, 550 is my preferred weight for thickness, though I do have and very occasionally use both lighter and heavier cord.

Where does everyone get their beads from? I was watching videos on making lanyards yesterday and got the itch to start!

I've bought several from an ebay seller (from China)... along with brass chain, connectors, links, clips, etc.
Shipping isn't quite as fast, but it does get here.
I think some Etsy sellers buy stuff from China sellers and then resell it for high prices.
I often add patina to brass using Birchwood Casey Brass Black.

A few I've done recently. The fabric "beads" were intended for hair braids/dreads I think. The bead on the fixed blade was plain Titanium that I flamed (bronze with some blues coming through). Also tied a little Olight in the last knot on the SAK lanyard (leather).

I've always admired that pattern in your pics and glad to know the name. I'll probably pick some up, but in my mind it will always be a bit of a signature look that you own.
