The "Official" T.M. Hunt Custom Knives Random Chat Thread

I had a dream last night that I owned an M18. I used it to destroy many things. When I woke up and realized it was a dream I was like "Nooooooooo"
True Story

I showed Ethan my M9 -- he seemed to like the "stretched" handles a lot.

and he's turned into a party animal - he had 2 beers last night and stayed up past 10!

Todd.... Murph.... It was good seeing you guys this weekend!

Good to be seen, thanks for the tasty brews you brought...........did you talk the wife into buying me the forge yet? ;)

I didn't have to - Another look over my budget this month & working on paying down extra on my student loans was enough to knock that idea out of my head. :(

If it's still there in a few weeks..... We'll see ;) There's also no guarantee I won't become attached to it. In the meantime, you need to snitch a few semi break drums from the shop, we'll scrounge up some metal tubing and a blow dryer and make our own.

I looked through all 8 pages and couldnt find one....but I figured I should let someone who can actually post a picture of one start the thread lol

semi brake drums are too deep and have a HUGE hole in the bottom -- clutch plates OTOH..........

Todd, after repeatedly seeing pics of you and your boy working on the bike, it gave me an idea. Soon you will too big and famous to stay in your shop and you will need a bigger shop (hopefully one with a store front or front office). Then you can build a TM Hunt Customs chopper (with M18s on the forks) to display in the shop for marketing purposes:D

Todd and I made the pilgrimage to the best surplus store around Friday. We had a pretty good time and even picked up some things we actually needed as well as some targets of opportunity. One of the jewels I happened upon is this LBT pouch . I plan to make a generically formed kydex "taco" for the M-18 and maybe one for a BK9.
