Yes they are, from afar.:) I had a close encounter with one of those down at the creek a few years ago and it looked just like that picture. I always wondered if I identified it correctly.

Looks like a Cold Steel trail hawk to me, Schubie.

There's a great thread in the axe & tomahawk forum on modifying the trail hawk - worth checking out.
