People that make it a point they don't drink oh yea and crkt knives too.for gods sake, have a damn bottle of soda once in awhile!

When people don't get that some people just don't want or ever need a bottle opener integrated into their knife's frame.

:D

Lol. Even the dog looks ashamed of the knife!

Pretty much anything made by Emerson is hideous in my eyes, but I'm sure they do work well as a tool. Other than that I don't have too many that I dislike. Of course I would agree with most legitamitely ugly knives posted in this thread.

Lots of people mentioning Medford here and I will say that I felt the same way for a long time, but after watching Gregs YouTube channel and seeing how much time and work he puts into his knives I have a great deal of respect for him, his company, and his products. The guy really does put everything he has into making sure every knife that leaves his building is perfect. So that definetely gave me a whole new appreciation for Medford knives and Greg himself. Not to mention his personality is hilarious and I love watching his rants. Pretty much hits the nail on the head everytime he comments on a topic.

Anything by Strider knives, they don't cut well. I don't understand why people make knives that don't cut well.

Any of the ultra thick handle, ultra thick bladed "knives" that would function better as a paper weight. [i.e. Medford, direware, crusader forge, strider.]

Perfect? Guy couldn't make a knife that could cut its way out of a paper bag with eight hands and an Opinel to start with.

Edit: I don't respect the man, either, but since we're talking about knives here I'll stick to that.

Kind of like the blade on the copper one, not the spine necessarily but the rest.

I present: the gentleman poo

It's the "Chinathing" tag that really sells this one. So would this be the healthy poo and the CRKT the "I only eat McDonald's" poo?

There are knives with actual crap handles. Look up pasture wood knife handles. The guy who makes crap handles also happens to make really nice knives and he proved some skills on forged in fire but I have no idea what he was thinking pressing horse crap into a block and stabilizing it.

I would post pictures but the knives actually look really nice and I don't want to equate some real artistic talent with straight up horse crap.

Just buy one of his knives and read the letter that comes with it and your opinion should change. After reading the letter I decided the rumors that Medford was a tool and that MKT knives were crap were probably true.

I do have to admit that my absurdly bulky, terrible-cutting 187 RMP has grown on me over time. I actually carry it sometimes. For the lols I like to smash, er, cut up fruit with it occasionally.

Nothing like a thick brick of a knife that can't be subjected to hard use. Or oil. Or tools. Or repetitive opening and closing. So basically treat it like a spyderco delica. What's the point of that type of knife again?

Yup. Nothing says hard use like "don't use tools, or lubricate, or look directly at it or it will die" . . .
