The " Roosters " are crowing for the " Farmers"

From the beginning it has been so , I never asked that question?
I would assume they don't use P because it is too different of a blade (compared to #47 Harvester), hence decided to go with the closer one in shape and dimensions. Might have named it something like M as for mini pruner.

TKC SFO!!! A wonderful and useful tool - I had to have this knife!! I made our dining room table out of Canadian Maple when my oldest was about 3 1/2 years old!! She's now going on 52!!! We still use that table every day!! What wonderful family wood!!View attachment 2774007This Knife was made in the USA (Pennsylvania), but is a real tribute to Canada!
Canada is a land of Maple trees and Maple Syrup! The Maple Leaf is front and center on our national flag!!
Check it out Lyle @wlfryjr

My picture posting is limited again or I don't know how to post pictures while quoting? . I have 3 of this version Charlie and one of the GEC blue denims. I'm trying to keep up with collecting each release this time. For some reason in 2015 I didn't get the releases (except ours) as they came and had to find them wherever.

I love handmade dining tables! I’ll have to post mine one day.
Please do!! Don't forget to put a knife on it!!
Hmmmm!!?? We haven't had a thread for them yet!!! 😁
I'll bet a lot of them have knives sitting on them at times!!😂😂

Lyle, there shouldn't be a limit on your pics. That seemed to be resolved with the new server a while back.

Managed to snag a blue denim today. I haven't been tempted by many GEC releases for quite a while but this pattern with the star shield did. I guess it's the Texan in me.

wlfryjr wlfryjr I'm interested by the Apples&Oranges Acrylic Lyle, it's very odd that one thinks of the Farmer's Jack strictly in terms of Bone, Stag, Wood etc but this works really well with the man made materials too  Can't recall but were any made with fancy Cell scales? Probably not, but Butter&Molasses has me in its eternal grip :)

Thanks, Will

There are several companies examples in French ivory and Schrade had the two examples of the infamous fall apart Fibestos. I have one Ulster in fancy glitter cell . A lot of the reason is they were such an early pattern companies didn't have synthetics. Of course Wostenholm and LF&C have examples in black composition, as does Schrade.

2. Remington
3 & 4. Schrades
5. Ulster
6. Wostenholm
