As I was with Gigi Sechi they told about the best way to put together the two plates of horse-shoe.

That last one from Giuseppe Galante is beautiful. Not as fancy as the others before it, but something about it just strikes a chord with me.

I also like the 3 from Andrea Melis in horse hoof.

While not a "classic" Sardinian pattern, I loved this design from Andrea Melis the very first time I saw it, and someday I will ask him for one (and I'm even wondering about a fixed bladed version of the same knife...).
Meanwhile, summer is here (at least fruit-wise )
