The sharpest knife you own

A 4" Kershaw folder. Black handles with brass endcaps and finger grooves. I don't know the name

My Sebenza.

For some reason, I don't think any of my current knives are scary sharp. When I get Neil's knife, maybe I will know what the term means. Just got me a BM 710 and it definitely was not that sharp out of the box.

One of my Rudy Ruana small fix blades with 1080 carbon steel. Cuts your breath in half when you blow on the blade edge!!

Ugh. That grin is ugly.

My Fallkniven A1 came scary sharp. Next in line would be the CS Master Hunter. After that, in no particular order, my Marble Fieldcrafts and Spydie Wegners.

It's a toss up between my Genesis 2 anbd my Gunsite. The Gunsite was very sharp, but I don't like serrations. The genesis was very sharp out of the box, and got even sharper after I thinned the edge bevel down.

Spyderco Moran, Fallkniven F1, and Spyderco Endura (ATS55), all tied for first. Many tied for second. Most good factory knives come MUCH sharper than in the "good old days"(I was there for most of them!)

Out of the box it would have to be the Cold Steel Recon Tanto. It was one of my earlier knives and I made the rookie mistake of falling asleep with it on my lap. When I woke up I forgot it was there and stood up only to have it fall on my foot. I didn't even feel the cut but I soon noticed that LARGE amounts of blood were pouring out of my heel. It turned out to be a rather deep cut and I ended up with a couple stitches.

Sebenza. Then the Microtech Kestrel. And belive it or not the CRKT Carson M16 (these 3 were scary sharp out of the box)

Spyderco Calypso; only one I was afraid to sharpen like I usually do to new knives for fear I would dull it.

Spyderco Moran and Old AUS-8 fully serrated Endura followed by Spyderco Military plain.

Out of the box it'd be a toss-up between my JSP Jashido Compact or my custom Bagwell.

Oooooh, SCARY!

Why yes officer, I DO use that to open my mail...

Spyderco Endura & Delica, same day purchase. Years ago, when I bought them, they redefined what sharp was for me.
