Ya you just don’t know how much SMACK he’s been saying to me of course not on here cause he knows I got him DEAD TO RIGHTS!
I’ve sent him at Least 20+ Pics of the marks on the knife and a Gouge in the Blade and he’s called me a Liar,Buyer’s Remorse the List goes on and on BUT NEVER ONE TIME DID HE EVEN SAY ONE WORD ABOUT ALL THE PICS I SENT???? NOW WHY WOULD THAT BE???? You tell me people and we’ll all know! Now yes I can go through all the Crap to try and get my $ back which he told me he wasn’t going to GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! but NOW my chances for getting that same knife have gone way down unless I want to Pay over a $1000+ and I could of got one right before I Bought from [The Shatz] but yes in was $125 more BUT MINT!!!! Same Knife.
Now I’m an EBay person have been for 24+ Yrs so I believe what people say when they got GOOD FEEDBACK! In Rare Cases It Happens but Not A lot. But this case showed me that was a Mistake. 2 days before I bought this (1st Buy on here) got a Reeve Ti-Lock and was Happy cause it was as Listed!
You tell me PLEASE you want to talk so you want me to Post them for? Or better YET ANYONE GIVE ME YOUR EMAIL I’ll SEND YOU ALL THE PICS LIKE 6 TOTAL now I can already see someone saying well you said you sent him 20+ Pics yes over and over the same pics cause he NEVER wanted to or EVEN SAID ONE WORD ABOUT THE PICS!
Just I’m a Liar,Scammer Ect, Etc so hit me up with an Email and I’ll show you who he REALLY IS AND I GOT THE EMAILS TO NEVER ADRESSING THE MARKS/GOUGE on his Perfect knife he Listed! YA IM NEW BUT I DONT LIE/CHEAT PEOPLE WHEN I SELL SOMETHING AS I’M DOING NOW ON EBAY AND HAVE BEEN FOR 24Yrs on EBay 100% Feedback Buying and Selling so send some emails if you think I’m the Liar PLEASE!!! at Least 1 Person so there’s no more of this and EVERYONE WILL KNOW THE TRUTH! Oh ya what he sent it in CRK BOX Got Ripped on one side of the Top of the box just a Layer not the whole thing but he told me CRK would give me a Box for Fee now why should I have to do that? I’m not the one who doesn’t know when you use a usps box anything that touches the double stick tape is gonna get Ripped Off.
So I’ll get Stuck Paying CRK to Spa the knife and the blade part idk but I don’t see this being Cheap on me they will see it’s been taken apart before and there’s even a BIG SCRAP on the inside of a Scale so I’ve read there rules so I’d say there not going to cover it. Don’t forget let’s End all the speculation give me an email I tried imgar but only got 1 pic up then just got lost and don’t like putting apps on my phone unless I’ll be using them a lot

If you can't figure out how to post all pictures and email/interactions with the seller etc... on here then get one of the admin in a PM or an email and send them all of the communications and the pictures. That is the only way they can help settle any issues.

I can understand a buyer not being happy and asking for a refund, but all the hostility isn't helping anything. Try taking a deep breath and calmly post the facts without all the extra dramatics.

At this point if you have proof showing the seller interacting poorly through PMs or emails or texts as you say, you need to PM or email all of that to the admin. They are the ones who might be able to help if you have the proof. The rest of us have tried to give you recommendations that you either don't like or have ignored.

Whatever kind of device you have? There may be an app for that. Look for a picture/file sharing host. Prefreably one that is NOT porn related. You can use imgur.com, flickr, or any others. There are tutorials online on the "How To" part, search for it. In the mean time, searching here for...

Bought a CRK PDW Large Sebenza 31 Wave Knife $750
From [ The Shatz ] He said I just looked atthe knife over and that would of been maybe Hours before I Paid for it Cause he just Posted it and he said it had no marks Etc on the knife we’ll I got the knife and as soon as I seen it you could see Yes it Does have Marks on the Scales and it has a Gouge in the Blade. Also the box it was shipped in was a usps and they got double sided tape to seal them well he got there smallest box and closed it on the CRK box which Ripped one of the 4 corners of the Top half of the box. Also he said comes with all the goodies we’ll no wrench was in the box he just told me the price of one like why should I be buying that when it was supposed to be in there also I’ve sent him the pictures of the “Not No Marks Knife” A LOT of times and the first thing he said I had Buyers Remorse then it went to I’m a Scammer and I think one maybe two more things like that THE ONE THING HE NEVER MENTIONED OR JUST WOULD’NT EVEN GO THERE WAS THE PICTURES I WAS SENDING I SENT THEM ALL TOGETHER Maybe 20+ he would just go to I’m a Scammer or whatever else, He also told me he was sending Money to pay for the shipping to CRK but I’ve not got it last time I looked wasn’t there and he’s telling other people he sent it and SAYING I’ll get my BladeForum friends which he has and there saying all kinds of stuff and so am I as I HATE LIARS PERIOD YOU SELL SOMETHING YOU TELL THEM EVERYTHING AS I DO! Yes I’m new on here I’ve only Bought a CRK TI-Lock Knife and it had a few marks on it BUT the Seller said that in the Listing so I was Good I’ve been on EBay for 24+ Yrs 100% Feedback Buying and Selling and if I Bought this knife off there it would of Already been on it’s way back to the Seller!
So he done said he’s not giving me my money back too. So I guess when I’m on here for years and get some friends then I can PUSH MY WEIGHT AROUND WITH MY FRIENDS BEHIND ME AS THEY ARE! PICS WILL SHOW HIM SAY THAT MORE/LESS.

The problem with images is that we can never be certain beyond a reasonable doubt regarding just what the condition of the knife was "before" the images were taken...or how and when the alleged "flaws" developed.

There could be flaws present that a seller's images didn't disclose, especially if the images were prior to any flaw being present.

By the same token, a "flawless" knife might be received by a buyer, after which time the issue developed or happened, and the buyer subsequently tries to hold the seller responsible.

This is why we often endeavor to do transactions in the Exchange with individuals who have proven track records of prior honorable sales and purchases. In the end it comes down to faith, trust and honesty.

D Diablo79 I recommend you cooperate with T The Shatz and find a way to accept his accommodations to you. Otherwise, there is little we can do to help you.

I would also suggest to each of you gentlemen to avoid further personal insults or threats as we will not tolerate it here and it may well lead to a loss of privileges or having an account banned. How things go forward is up to you. You can do this.

I just sent the 22 dollars for postage to cover the trip to the spa and back .This is a reasonable solution to your issues with the knife.that you have pointed out in the pics posted previously.

I don't know if the claim is true or not, but those shipping CRK's please put them in an appropriately sized box. Most Sebenza boxes don't fit in small flat rate priority boxes. It is a pain to box them, but the Sebenza box is important to most, so help preserve it.
Not doing so will anger buyers.
Also make sure the knife is not just rattling around in the original box, where it could get damaged.
