trade - I'll be passing by your neck of the woods in a couple days with a fairly empty pickup bed -- need me to haul anything East so you have more room in the car?
 
Hey, WW, thanks for the video review! A first for a daizee knife as far as I know. Just got to watch it now (back off the boat again).

Finally down to about 1200 sq ft of insulation left to put in the attic - the hard part where we have AC duct work spider-webbed all over the place.

With the low ranch-style roof, I've been having to duck walk the pieces 2 at a time from joist to joist nearly 50 feet from the opening in the part of the attic that doesn't have duct work.

2/3 of what I have left to do will go quickly as I can used the other attic access port as it's on the other side of the duct spider. The last 1/3 will be the toughest. The duct work blocks access to the area over the den.

The house is 156 ft long and 1 room wide, except at the kitchen/master bedroom where it is 2 rooms wide. It was built over the winter of 1950-51 and all the insulation (that old white glass wool like what you use in an aquarium filter) had broken down to about 1/4" to 1" thick and/or tromped flat by various critters over the years and the paper backing has been 60% converted to silverfish poop.

And based on my nose, another damn skunk or two has taken up residence under the house. I was digging up a stump near the east end of the house and I got a whiff of fresh eau d'skunk coming through a vent. Check around and found where one of the vent grills had been pulled out.

Well i have been looking at all types of hydration packs.... I finally said screw it and ordered the Teton Oasis1100... I wont get it in time for my trip... But next time i need a hydration bag ill have the one i want.

When it came to the price point, reviews and extra storage space i couldnt find a better pack. And then i noticed where it use to say ships in 1-2 months, it now says 2-4 weeks. A little better i guess.

Also picked up some Sawyer adapters for just 4 bucks that makes it easy to add a Sawyer filter inline on the hydration pack itself. So im thinking ill get an extra bladder as well, and have 1 for dirty water and 1 for clean water... SO when i want i can just fill the "dirty" or unfiltered water bladder right from the source and it filters the water on the way to my mouth. And the clean bladder of course will be for times when i want to just use it with clean water i bring with me.

Really i only use lines like that to make my wife smile!!

The other day she was sitting in the kitchen and i walked in and said something like, these pants are a little too big on me, why dont you put your hands down them to help hold them up.... But the funny part was i didnt know she was talking to her grandmother on her ipad face time LMAO

Her grandma said.. "What did he say???"

Man we all started laughing after i turned red HAHA

Ha! That's an awkward situation but I could never have laughed it off like that with my ex-wife. With my current situation I think my girl would oblige the request even in those circumstances.

Ya, sounds like something I would attempt. It depends on the mood of my wife but I doubt it would happen lol.
 
I think it's time I stop trying to kid myself and face the inevitable. It's time for me to start trimming my nose hair...:(
