I am always full-Dolphin from the neck down. However, I promise to always wear appropriate clothing in public. It's just my way of being polite... and not getting arrested. :D

This happened.. monster steaks, mushrooms (cooked in butter, cream, wine, garlic, and red pepper), garlic bread, and mixed greens salad..

I will be in a meat coma for the rest of the afternoon.

that is all.
 
Hey, that happened at my place LAST friday! Except the mushrooms were onions, and the steaks were cut in half to share. Had to test out the brand new gas grill with side burner. It passed!
Oh, and the pan was Cast Iron. C'Mon - isn't that a requirement?

I just finished lunch, and you're already giving me thoughts about dinner.
 
Middle of May, and it's 49° right now. Supposed to dip down to 37° tonight. Crazy.

man I'm just getting over a stomach bug, but that steak looks soooo good i'll take two please!!!
 
I can't even begin to describe how good it was, my coworker worked in a restaurant in New York City when he was going to school. He said he used to cook steaks for 8 hours at a time. That dude can cook a steak like no one's business. That was one of his best ever...

I am working hard to stay awake now.
