That is some great looking kinfe right there Thrill. I'm going to check into those. I'd definately go with O1.

yeah, I like the size, not quite a 4'' blade. Would be a sharp knife with some fancy scales.

I don't know anything about Enzo, but they were recommended a lot in a thread I was reading. I had to google them.

Here's one with Alder scales on it. Pretty sweet:

Looks like they make quite a few:

There are so many nice knives out there that I think I need...not to even mention the unmeasurable amount of customs.... LOL I dunno if I should even try to get more or just look at pics and use the knives I already own more.

A lot of it is I live in an area without knife shops... so I don't know if I really want a model until I buy it. If I had a brick&mortar near me, I'm sure a lot of the knives I want would fall off my list after I handled them a few minutes. But then again I would probably then add even more to it LOL

I think I am gonna pick up a few more that I have been wanting, then take a hiatus from buying for awhile. I will have to live vicariously through y'all, so that's an excuse for you to buy more blades!

I have some knives I need to thin out, I just don't use them...prolly gift some and maybe sell some.

This is actually a true picture too. Happened in Boulder, not too far from where I work when I work up there. Not photoshopped at all. Unfortunately, after saving and relocating this bear, the animal wandered onto the highway a few weeks later, and was struck by a car and killed.

After he saw this pic in the newspaper and having all of his buddies making fun of him....he just couldn't bear it anymore!

My sister is trying to explain to me why liberals are the smart people. This conversation isnt gonna last very long.

You should buy Ann Coulters book "How to talk to a liberal"
It might help. Her books are great anyway.

Since this is the Cream of the Beckerhead crop that usually frequents this thread, I figure I'd give a heads up.
I just started a passaround thread for the FFG BK17 I came up with on Friday. Folks seemed intrigued, so I thought they needed to fondle it.
I added Thrill to the list without checking first. I figured that would be a no-brainer... :D

It's made out of Aldo's 5160, 1/4" stock, 23" OAL, 16.5" blade, 7" handle. Blade is 2" wide, for making big holes in the target. The bocote handle is rough, just for testing purposes. Final handle will be Burl Source old growth california redwood burl, with mosaic pins instead of screws. There are a couple pin holes hidden by this handle. POB is 2" above the guard. I think it weighs around 2 pounds, maybe a bit less.

looks nice CF!

one of these days I need a Bastard sword or maybe a crusader sword. Something humongous.

Then I could chop trees in one blow.

guess I could go all out and get a Claymore. I wonder what a full size sword would cost? a real one. I'm betting at least 3 grand
