I only have one 124, a oversharpened,inexpensive ebay find. Nothing to make a nice knife photo of. But, I did make a knife 'scene' with it, a long time ago. Some of you have likely seen this but I thought I would go find it in the archives(at least 12 years ago) and drag it up for the new folks. Remember it's all in fun.....Maybe I should have used a knockoff model from across the waters.........Back then we didn't know what those were.......300Bucks

For the Greatest Show, I will post an older picture of my two old 120's in an 1984 Olympic beer pitcher.

Love looking at all the 124's today. Has been a great show.

A lot of redheads here today. Here is a slimmed down 110 redhead from 1973 that was made in Buck's factory during a worker's free time.
It was a one owner until I bought it a few years ago from Buck's former shop foreman's B.I.L who made it. (did I say that right?) :p

You got it, Mark! And keep me in mind with this beautiful 110! That's one nice Buck, brother. It would look perfect next to the rest of my burgundy Bucks. ;) :thumbup:

It seems like this is the SPS to post my only Buck 124 knife. Thanks to all the wonderful 124's so far. It is what I would call a clear "home job" Custom, some imperfections, but that kinda what makes it work so well with my collection!!:D It was listed as light colored stag when I came across it....I really do not collect much stag, so luckily I noticed this was not actual stag:D:D!!!! Check out the work on this 124, Mirrored blade, a little filework, nice big slabs that almost fit just right...Like I said, some home job imperfections, but truly a "one of a kind", ***So thank you to the maker that decided to set his sights high on this early work!!!!! Who knows, maybe one day, the same maker will be able to do a banded 124 like the one posted earlier**WOW**Thank you for sharing such a nice Ivory Buck!!!You wish you still had it...I wish I could find it!!!!

Great Show today:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

This has been one of the best SPSs I remember!! Thanks for the show everyone. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Okay, a couple more redheads.
A fellow forum member ended up with the 1973 in the rear of the photos.
The 1973 in the front photo was one Buck confiscated from an employee that built it on their time.
I bought it from the employee that bought it from Buck when they decided to get rid of it.

My most prized Frontiersman because my wife gave it to me in 1984.
Heath re-handled it a couple years ago.

This SPS would make a great reference thread with regards to the Model 124. I bet there aren't many variations and even customs that aren't pictured and pictured well in this thread. That being said I enjoyed all the models posted. Thanks to all of you for one of the best SPS ever.

Late to the show.
