Wow, thanks Darren, this just makes it harder or maybe easier? they all look so good! I was in the smooth white bone or sawcut camp, but that jigged bone looks great too. These mockups just confirm that regardless of covers it’s going to be a great knife and a perfect size for a user.

On a personal note, I really like Red soup bone

Eventually, Chestnut bone

or white bone if the quality and appearance are good

I really like wood on my knife handles but on this style of knife I think bone is nicer.

I think those all look great, but I think the smooth ivory bone I've had from GEC has looked much nicer than the white bone shown Thanks to @waverave for all the great mock-ups

Thank you for the mockups Darren, it really helps!

With the bolsters in particular, I really think the bone covers look best. I'd be more than happy to own a knife with any of the options in the mockups though. They're all pretty gorgeous. If I had to choose a least favorite, maybe the sawcut osage.

My favorites (in order) were:

I don't know, all this knocking of and sneering at 70s style icons... Yeah the Glittergold looks like spangly Catvomit in my book But let's consider some of the current male fashions: either inked out of sight or else fat, totally hairless, anaemic androgynous look

But wait, I've hit on the correct scale option that encapsulates the Modern Age! No Glittery stuff but absolutely CLEAR ACRYLIC it's all 100% homogenous, no whining about seams, everybody's the same, nobody feels better or inferior and you can't hide, you're always on view Plus, with clear plastic you don't need to worry what the liners are - brass or steel, hell we could go LINERLESS " I can see for miles and miles and miles---"

I still like Osage, but I'm coming around to this. This mock up just looks great. We could just go with this one and I'd be happy.

Any of those would be acceptable knives, I would like to see something that we have not had in previous Forum Traditional pocket knives in terms of the scale treatment; white bone is really a looker in my opinion!

That said - in for whatever as there is not a runt in that litter!

This has become the front runner for me as well, but I can't tell if it's because of the jigging pattern.

Smooth white bone! I missed getting any, especially a #15 Boy’s Knife in white bone, single blade; or that sheep’s foot Barlow....

In wood, they’re all nice, but specials include oak, walnut, iron wood, and if a possibility then definitely coco bolo.
