That's a fact, for sure. I remember when I changed out the heater core in a Trailblazer several years ago - I was absolutely amazed that after putting everything back together, I only had one screw leftover. That never happens.

The instructions for every carburetor rebuild kit I've ever had refer to "jets" and there's never a part in the kit with wings so, my rebuilds never work out too good.

when we're testing jet engines and someone finds a bolt or has reason to suspect there's a foreign object in the engine, they stop everything to sort out the details.
When we're stressed out doing analysis and the test cadence is killing us we always say we're going to toss 49 bolts in the inlet, and yell "50 bolts!".

Thats the one where we have to escape from each other in a freezing wilderness...but instead of hiding out in the nearest bar ...spend hours forging a crude blade from rocks and scrap metal.
