The unofficial - official Chris Reeve Cheering Section

I'm sorry to here that. Many of us run into hard times. Good luck, and I'm sure you'll be able to get another lg sebenza that you loved so much.

edit- at least I think your serious. surely you wouldn't troll Lisa's nice clean thread.

No I sure l wouldn't. What I'd like to know is why Lisa is selling so many CRKs though lately?

25, I think...one currently for sale and two more sales are likely to happen once I figure out which to sell. Would like to pare down to about 15. Not really seeking any at this time. Of course I'd love a Moonsong, or a gold coin, but those are unobtainium for me it seems.

I'm without a doubt, a CRK crack head:D

I've sold my entire collection to concentrate on just CRK(well, i still have my XM-24 and a few stragglers)

I've tried to appreciate other brands, and very few seem to "wow" me. Sure, there are customs from a ton of makers that i gravitate toward, but for the price, i don't see how you can beat the quality of CRK. Love 'em all

My small insingo is everything I can ask for from an edc blade

Sorry, I don't fit in at Bladeforums...don't want to be a fanboy...don't want to be a hater...just want to use good knives that I enjoy... :(

I bought my first Sebenza nearly 16 years ago and, in that time, I've never been disappointed nor let down by any CRK product that I've owned or handled.

How's that?;)

I own and enjoy several production knives as well as a few customs, but I almost always have a Sebenza in my pocket.

PS. Cudos to Lisa. I too feel there has been too much negativity on the forums lately!!

Right, I don't mind some negativity and some ranting or questioning of worth/value, but it's always nice to get some positivity to help balance it out.

The greatest testimony to CRK is not anything people can write in this thread. The greatest testimony IS that on a constant basis other knife makers realize how unbelievable the knives are and vote at BLADE every year. Honestly, how many Blade awards now? I ran out of fingers.

Furthermore, wonder why the backorder time continues to get longer?

That's not a fan boy rant, that's just the facts.

No dought about it Lisa, the Sebenza is the best production folder being made.

They have the best manufacturing quality, and the straight handled design of the Sebenza is hard to beat.

I disagree...the Umnumzaan is the best production folder being made...;):D

I've never bought an Umnumzaan so I can't say. But, the Sebenza is a classic. Has there ever been a Sebenza vs Umnumzaan poll. That would be interesting.

I think i've seen a few on here and on Goobtube. The end result is usually one knife slightly taking the prize as "best".

I originally set out to buy a large Sebenza...ended up with an Umnumzaan. Couldn't turn the deal down. I'm selling some of my knives to buy a Lg Sebbie...because it is a classic and a "must have @ least one in my collection" kind of knife. I can't fathom not having a CRK in my pocket at all times. My Umnumzaan is so nice and light that I've been known to clip it to my boxers...(always gotta carry...)
