I'm still just hoping that I get a standby 2 blade jigged. I got on pretty early, so I'm trying to remain optimistic. But worst case scenario I'll be watching CK like a hawk the second any leftovers hit the shelves. I'm also REALLY hoping I get a shot at the polished stag.

I hear ya, the antique yellow jigged bone looks sharp.. figures it's one I didn't order lol. I should have a bloodwood coming. I've never had a knife with bloodwood covers so I'm excited and at the same time worried because I'm not sure if I will like the wood. I only have 1 knife with wood and it's a beater knife. The 85 has a classy style so I thought the bloodwood should match up pretty well with the frame...I think ebony would of turned out really nice too.

Yep I am liking the bloodwood and the micarta the best. Thankfully I should be getting a 2B micarta.

For me it's a toss up between micarta and yellow bone - fortunately I reserved one of each!

Oh Boy!!! if that one lands on MY doorstep.....it will become my #1 carry. My #85 Coco will need to sit on the bench for a very long time.

That's funny, I was looking at rotten banana bone knives just the other day and didn't see it when I was looking at the 85 pictures on GEC's site today. You're right, it does look a bit like rotten banana bone - maybe just a couple days short of rotten

Looks like they will be closer to what the 77 Washington Harness Jacks were , which is not bad at all , but I was hoping for what you were after Mike.
I am really wanting to see what the Sabre Spear is going to look like.
