Usually one of these 5. The Suunto for outdoorsy stuff, the S&W when I want something darker (and can easily read in the dark), the Armitron (which is actually a value leader...I like it gives the day) when I need a cheap beater that might get thumped on, and the Victorinox is at the upper scale (and in need of a new battery). But as of the last 1-2 weeks, been trying out the 5.11 Titanium most of the time...I actually like the analog over digital more than I thought I would. But really want to get a battery back in the Victorinox...that one of my nicer time pieces...it doesn't have a new battery because I'm waiting for some one with some actual skill other than the part-timer in the kiosk at the mall to do it right (hopefully).

I stumbled into this little second-hand beauty at a local watchmaker's shop and was able to make a nice deal on it. I've always had a thing for divers, and titanium really complements my CRKs:

Austrailian model? :D

I like that! Is that an internal rotating bezel?

I have been looking at a lot of watches lately. I am wanting something new, but cannot decide on what I will get.

I want something nice, but not too nice (in the $300-700 range). In my line of work, I want something nice and VERY eaasy to read, simple functions (rotating bezel, date, minute hand that extends to the minute markers and is thin enough to not obscure them, reasonable lume or lighting, and not a bunch of other ridiculousness cluttering up the scene).

Luckily, I am in no hurry.

Take a look at www.westcoasttime.com and look under the military watches. Should be a couple pages of stuff that might interest you.

That is an internal rotating bezel indeed. It's a tank of a watch. There are a lot of pilot-style watches out there these days at pretty good prices. Westcoasttime is a good suggestion.

Check out Resco Instruments for some awesome watches. Definitely in the high price range. Built by a Navy Seal who is still active. I think He makes them on the island off the west coast near Santa Barbra where the Seals train. This will be my next watch purchase when I have the money to spend. Reminds me of my Liminox

This is one of my favorite threads on BF. There are so many nice photos that display the excellent taste of our CRK forum family. I guess it should be expected though, considering we are in this subforum to begin with.

Two of mine that i wear most.
-Morning sun sebenza, tag proffesional (handed down from my father)
- Large 21 and Casio G shock solar for work.

That is a fantastic watch. IWC makes excellent, mechanical watches. Very nice sir!
