We went to see the new Grinch movie last night. I'm not sure who enjoyed it more my wife or son but it was good time. There's a theater about 30 minutes away that has all you can eat popcorn and free soda refills. I enjoyed the overly buttered popcorn as much as the movie.
Sounds peacefulThe girls wanted Connie to come over yesterday and bake cookies with them, so I took her over and spent some time with them. She spent the night there so I came home and watched Hulu with my dogs then went to bed.
Alison is off work Thursday and wants to take me out for lunch, so I’m looking forward to seeing her, it’s been awhile.

Hey JK family. This post has been a long time coming and I had been avoiding it as I don’t want to bring anyone down. Some of you might remember my long winded post I linked above from last year.
As John already knows Brittany’s disease took her from all of us on the night of our anniversary this February. I hadn’t given Veterans Day much thought over the last 9 months but today I picked up the torch and brought my father breakfast.
Happy Veterans Day to all whether you’re a vet or not as this day should mean something to all of us!
