There is always room for improvement! 💪🏼

New route: 1 mile shuffle step & walk. Took a right instead of a left at the beginning of my usual starting point. Alot steeper incline and walked uphill for the majority instead of shuffle stepping.

5x tuck jump to handstand for a (not slow enough to be 1 second) count to 30.
6th attempt didn't happen due to a back cramp.

4x supported front splits.
5th attempt didn't happen due to a leg cramp.

That's it for today and time for "Honey, do's..."

My days off training fell victim to "Honey, do's..."

Back to work today at 4 AM. It took my ass forever to get in gear & it took forever to finish the following workstation hijinx.

5x tuck jump to handstand for a (not slow enough to be 1 second) count to 35.

3 sets of 3 pistols for each leg.

New PR! I finally hit 315lbs on flat bench. Been chasing that dragon since 2015.
Stopped working out mid 2015. Picked it all back up Jan 12th 2023.

Hit the first rep no problem, and shot for a second. Pushed it half way up and got to a point of stalemate. After 5 seconds of fighting against gravity my arms gave out.

That was all with 4 sets before hand working up to it. I’m sitting at 173lbs body weight. Hell yea!!!

Very impressive.

I'm at about 260lbs with clothes on and wouldn't try lifting 315 or even close.

I need to start lifting heavy again.

Heres where we initiate the ''Jaws'' cello.

Heres where I say ''I'm coming for you'' DrBC DrBC

Have you guys ever used a "Slingshot" for working out on the bench press? I use one quite a bit and it helped me break thru to benching over 4 plates. Now that was 2 years ago before my lay off and new baby but hopefully it wont take me too long to get back to at least 3 plates again.

Hell yea B beast mode!!! Id feel like He-Man if I could put 300 up in any fashion 😂

Jus finished 5 different leg exercise machines Some cable workouts targeting shoulders and couldnt resist atleast one tricep cable (my favs). 3 different pull/back exercises, 10 mins on the arc.

No free weights or squats, chumply workout but feel better. Have a good night studs.

Moving weights etc into empty bedroom this weekend going to start getting a bit healthier again

Ok, all you crazies have inspired me. Life has been hectic lately, and I've been stuck at about 20 lbs overweight for a while. I noticed the other day I made a grunt noise when bending over to pick something up. I thought oh hell no, screw that! Time to get lean and functionally strong!!! At 55 I'm not trying to be He-Man, just keep up with my 4 year old grandson and feel strong with a pain-free back.

I'm all in. Let's move some heavy shit, go fast, get lean, and get strong!!!!!
