They probably were the 12K then, could be the 10s but I'd hedge my bet and say 12s. I really don't want that, I don't want the blues/purples. I want white, white lights
 
'Morning. I need some coffee..... I have a pass to get out of work early by helping a lady out pulling some files from our storage unit. granted, it's not in the best area AND it's pretty dirty work at this particular low budget storage unit. This also gives me a pass to deviate from the typical business casual. :D So, here I am at the office dressed as my typical redneck self.

Also, bought a new plasma cutter, and im hoping that one of my contractors will chip in on that. These two pieces of equipment with all of the accessories are in my pocket 10k. Lol, guess its about time to put up or shut up huh!

And thank you for your service, What branch are you in? And what is your MOS or job if you dont mind me asking?

I use to be a 27X in the Army before i got out. But since then the MOS changed to 35S and then to 94S last i heard.. Patriot Missile System Repairer. I liked the MOS, but the AIT training was over a year long in 2 separate locations. But after that it was pretty sweet. I spent half my enlistment stationed with the Air Force.... And they get all the best food and hottest women thats for sure.

Funny you should say that I'm in the Air Force.
I'm a 3D1X2, Cyber Transporter.
I'm basically a Super Sysadmin,Serveradmin,Network Engineer.
I work all levels of support from t1-t4 at times.
Can't talk about too much since I work in a SKIFF, love having no windows and electronics.

And thank you for your service too bud!

And I'm glad, I'd love to get more involved in this community.
Where I am in New York there really isn't avid bushcrafters/knife abusers here that I know of.
Just me and my buddy really.
A lot of good places up here for hiking and camping though!

Just gotta start 4 more threads and have a few more posts and I'll be able to apply to join the best side.
I don't feel like starting 4 bullcrap threads just to start them so it might be a while before I can call myself a true Beckerhead, rather make a good meaningful thread than a forced thread.

Oh man you got it GOOD then LOL, Man i was AMAZED when i got sent to an air force base. So many different selections of food and we even had people come and pick up our empty plates or trays from our table like we were at a restaurant.

And I know what you mean, im in Philly and dont know of any people here that like to use knives in the woods... There are plenty people here that like to use knives, but they mostly end up in jail LMAO

Hey maybe in the future I can take you out with my buddy on a hiking trip in the Adirondacks and we can bushcraft away haha.
Speaking of which, I'm going hiking this weekend should I strip the coating on my BK9 before or after I hike and use it?
Going to give it a nice patina to match the Indian Rosewood!

Also trying to get an image to work as a signature is throwing me through a loop lol, everytime I click save changes to refreshes me to the page that says you have no updates on your subscribed threads.

Yea i mostly just use my hawk for throwing or breaking stuff up for fun honestly, but i can see the hammer being more useful for camping and stuff.

Im ready for my folder to get here. Should come today, the Sawyer mini filter should be here today as well. Im glad. I look forward to playing with those. I got a knife coming from Swamp Rat tomorrow that i ordered back in December, but i dont get to play with that one for a while yet... Its going straight out for a sheath.... And im trying to decide on weather or not ill send the Yuma with the others that are going.... I want a kydex sheath for it, but I also want to take it with me to the woods at the end of the month.. And i likely wont have it back in time since im sending several knives for sheaths and allowing him to hold a couple knives/hawk to make extras for his inventory. So i may just wait on a Yuma kydex until i know i wont be going out in the woods for a while.... I need a local kydex bender LOL
