Don't sweat it too much, Rat. Unlike a lot of the boards, the HI forum is still very rooted in "the old ways". Not that we follow things blindly, but we are such fans of HI mainly based on how steel can be beaten out on a dirt floor, shaped, ground, hardened, the blessed to form a blade that when wielded by the right user at the right time could seemingly cut the gods themselves
Granted, this is an over exaggeration, but these blades are magic to us as we ourselves are drawn to the mystic. Many of us have crossed paths with what we believe are our spiritual totem animal. We for the most part agree that there may be something higher than us moving all things about, but we're smart enough to know that we have no idea just what the hell is going on. Yvsa as our resident NDN and one of the true blue elders of this forum practices the old ways of the Cherokee tribes.
So you see, while your comments were not as harsh as they could have been, they did strike a nerve with some of our regulars, several of which kind of lead the board. Perhaps a little bit of over-reaction on all accounts, but when the lines are drawn in the sand you have to side with "house rules". However, i can speak for no one but myself. Just thoughts on my account, a lowly pool pirate.
Bah, I've prattered on too much already
However, let me congradulate you on your logo for Scrapyard Knives. That's a pretty sweet junkyard dog
On a thread related note, Tohatchi thanks for clearing up some of the stuff I was trying to spit out. I kind of figured that pigments could not be overly simplified with intro biology. That would explain my weird eye color. Dad's side is all blue eyed and green eyed (british, Irish, etc.) Mom's side is all salt of the earth German and Cherokee so brown eyes for everyone. However, i ended up with muddled eyes. not really brown, not really green, not really hazel. Plus they change colors when i get upset. My wife says I "hulk out" when i get mad
