This just in ~ from España • The Navajas of ArtesaniaHerreros

Magnificent, Dwight. I'll bet José uses that picture!

Speechless :o wow, JUST WOW. You can bet all your money I will be totally using it!

Thank you Vince. I will be happy to send José pics but like you I am not on facebook or instagram. When he answers your e-mail question I will send them according to his answer.

Well, I always try to give the author's name on the photo unless they told me not to. Moreover I am an e-donkey, that means that I don't know who to tag people! Moreover sometimes I just find the photo on my gallery and many times I don't know who is the author! Let me apologize if sometimes I don't give enough credit to the authors of the photos, I just take and use them on the instagram account, like this post: https://www.instagram.com/p/BvPvKYjhz5h/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet

I am sure 99% it was taken by Vicent since he is related to Spielberg but since I wasn't sure enough I didn't named the author.

Yes, beautiful Dwight
I know Jose' is currently using one of Ray's on his website, which is fantastic!
My photography is not at all in the same league, but here's one.
I'm not on Facebook either. Funny how we're all not. I get pressured by family to join, but just not feeling secure about the whole thing.

Ray

Great pic
Yes, navaja ambassadors!

Is there any way to make a custom title, banner or signature as "Navajas Ambassadors"? I would love that! Thanks one more time guys for saving me. If I ask for your photos is not because of the quality (which is stunning and outstanding) It is because I make many folding knives but the ones I made for you all guys mean a lot for me, here I found real friends and I will thank you all forever.

This brings tears to my eyes. Tears of happiness, of course :) De nada AMIGO!

I am happy and honored to be a part of your success Jose'
This is what Blade Forums is about. It's a win-win. We find interesting knives and makers find buyers. That probably sounds a little American capitalist, but as you have said, we are also finding friends. It's wonderful :) Thank you for reminding us of this fact.

Glad you will use my navaja piston photo. Wait until the weekend. I will break out my fancy camera and try to make a better image for you friend. I will email a larger resolution copy than can be supported here.

And even though we are friends I have to argue a point. You are not an e-donkey. You learned how to multi-quote replies here. It took me months to figure that out

Wonderful, Ray!
Me likes it!!

That would make a good t-shirt, bumper sticker or jacket patch. Just add Jose's website below.

I can do that. ^

Well said too! WIN-WIN! Thanks.

Try this. I can send anyone a bigger file if they would like. Also, open to suggestions as to how to improve - fonts/colors etc. I like using José's basic knife profile though, as the dominant piece.

Wondered about writing the ambassador text in Spanish but then deferred to English as this is about the BF contingent. Wish I could use it in my sig line but I'm not upgraded enough to use an image (or at the least I am an e-donkey ;) and can't figure it out. :()

That's a great logo, Ray. I like the colors
I am also an e-donkey regarding signatures here (pretty cool-- now my tablet recognizes the word "e-donkey"). This would make a great coffee mug, too, me thinks

My only other thought is what's the plural of navaja? Is it "navajas" or simply "navaja"
?? I'm hardly fluent in Espanol grammar.

"Navajas" is the plural.
"Ambasadores de navajas" I think would be the phrase in Spanish.

Bear with me amigo mio!

Here is another favorite. I guess I really like this knife. More photos of this knife than of the family.

I don't keep them in my wallet though. :D

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G  if you want something more discret I can tell my son (who is a magician of computers) to make a smaller banner (like the "Guardians of the lambfoot") or you may know how to that by yourself! I learned recently how to take screenshoots on my computer and I feel Edward Snowden

You got me rolling on the floor Don,

That's right! As vicente said it is "navajas", but there are many old words to name a navaja: faca, filo, facón, pincho, jaca, etc. but the most common word is "navaja" or "navajas" (Pl) since the other words are just old spanish designations of the same thing.

Let me take this opportunity to wish you all a great weekend guys,

José

OK, some better results today.
Last night's photo session was less than I'd hoped. Probably because I had a few drinks and thought I was a super photographer :p I wasn't.

Thanks for liking my post guys, but these are a bit better.
I also removed the lanyard as some folks don't like them.
I emailed them to you Jose' ArtesaniaHerreros ArtesaniaHerreros
Use as you like; no credit necessary :)
